Hoogezand - Room - 64m²

The room consists of two rooms: a bedroom and a working room (with a washing machine in it). The rooms come fully furnished, but upon consultation, the bed can be replaced with your own bed. The room is located in Hoogezand, which is 10 minutes by train from Groningen, making it ideal for a student studying there. The house consists of 2 rooms for private use, a bathroom, living room, a garage, and a large garden. The house can be shared by two housemates. The room will be available from July 1, 2025, due to study abroad. The contract will run until February 1, 2026; however, if there is a connection between us, it can be extended because the other housemate is also leaving, and you will come to live with me.
