Subtenant wanted for July - room Rivierenbuurt. Because I will be traveling in July, I am looking for a neat, working subtenant (m/f/x) for my furnished room in the Rivierenbuurt (Churchill-laan). The exact rental period is negotiable, but it is about one month. You will live in a cozy house with two fine female roommates (31 and 28 years old). We are looking for someone who is somewhat in the same stage of life (26+, working) and likes to live together in a quiet, clean and cozy house. About the house: - Two floors (first floor + first) - Living room with French doors to the garden - Separate kitchen - Bathroom with bath - Guest room - Three bedrooms in total. About the room (+/- 800.00): - Approx. 20 m² - furnished - Private balcony. Location: - AH at 2 minutes walking distance - Streetcar stops in front of the door - Nice neighborhood, everything easily accessible by bike or public transport.
