Almere - Room - 110m²

Hi! A furnished double room for rent is available in my house in Almere Haven from the 1st of June. Suitable for a woman or a couple. 800 euros for 1 person and 950 for a couple, all included and with registration. Who I am looking for ? A working professional that is already in the Netherlands, even better if you work in Almere. Someone that loves dogs as I have 3 and that knows that living with dogs means a bit of barking and some hair around. Someone that does not spend all their free time in their room so the dogs get to know them a bit. Someone clean that accept to pay a cleaning lady weekly (70 euros every 2 weeks) and accept to adhere to a cleaning schedule for the garden so it doesn’t overgrow (supplies will be bought by me and tasks are cutting the grass and taking out the weeds). Someone with good communication that doesn’t have issues saying when something is not going well. Someone that does not come home late every weekend. Someone that has lived with others before. Someone open for a chat from time to time :) What do I offer ? A fully furnished and equipped house, you just need to bring your own bedding’s and towels. 3 cuddly dogs A comfy house. All included (taxes, utilities and internet - utilities can be more depending on usage) Access to some streaming services on the TV With registration Own fridge. I provide also cleaning products and toilet paper. Please note: One of my dogs has separation anxiety and I am neurodivergent meaning that the house is usually noisier than a regular home. I also thrive with direct communication and I am very flexible and arranging if I live with someone that has open and direct communication.
