Besides your own space, the complex also offers communal areas where you can study, relax or socialise with your housemates through a game of chess, darts or pool and an outdoor terrace with views over the water. A communal laundry room is available and a communal kitchen perfect for shared meals or cooking together. We offer an indefinite contract with a minimum rental period of 12 months for both students and working people.
