Spacious temporary room with separate bedroom in the center of Nijmegen! (Van Welderenstraat) This centrally located room with a separate bedroom is approximately 22 m² and you share the shower/toilet/washing machine with 3 people. Furthermore, you have your own kitchen block in the communal kitchen. This room is available from June 1, 2025, for 3 months, and we prefer a non-smoking gentleman or lady (student) aged 18 to 25. Interested parties can send a personal message. The viewing evening will take place on Sunday evening, May 25. The rent is €595 per month, including gas/water/electricity (and use of the above facilities). The room is available from 06-01-2025 to 09-01-2025 (for a maximum period of 3 months). The rental agreement will end no later than 09-01-2025 so that the house can be renovated. It is a quiet house where the housemates would appreciate it if you are occasionally open to social contact. For example, making small talk, having dinner together, and taking a coffee break from studying are things the housemates are open to. You also have all the space to do your own thing and study. It is a mixed house of students from different study directions who are somewhat further along in their studies.
