Each floor has a kitchen, 2 showers, and 2 toilets. There is also a covered bicycle storage and a washing machine + dryer. The common areas are cleaned 5 times a week, so no chore roster and no dirty student house. The rent of 420 euros includes gas, water, electricity, internet, cleaning costs, and furnishings (floor and curtains). Conditions: only for students aged 18 to 26, contract for a minimum of 12 months, then ongoing for an indefinite period with a notice period of 1 month, 1 month deposit.
