A student room is available from September 15, 2025, at Maluslaan 27 in Groningen. This property is located in Selwerd, within cycling distance to a wide range of shops, restaurants, and cafes. Within a few minutes by bike, you can reach universities and colleges such as the University of Groningen and the Hanze University.
