There are two rooms for rent in an apartment on Barestraat starting September 1st. It is located on the third floor of the complex. The apartment features a spacious living room (approx. 29m²) with a kitchen, balcony, bathroom (toilet, shower, and sink), and hallway. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator, stove, extractor hood, oven, and dishwasher. The living area is heated by central heating and has laminate flooring. The rent for the first room (15m²) is € 695,- excluding utilities. The rent for the second room (10m²) is € 630,- excluding utilities.
