The monthly service costs are €52.70. This covers, among other things, the lighting of common areas, maintenance of the communal inner garden, glass insurance, a maintenance subscription, and the deployment of a neighborhood concierge.

If you would like to qualify for this type of property, you can email your details to us, and we ask you to provide the following documents: valid ID, annual income statement, and your contact details. The applications will be processed in the order they are received. Once your documents are approved AND you have viewed the property, you can choose from the homes that are still available at that time. The acceptance term is as soon as possible.
