Room mieten

The room is part of a 1930s house. It has double glazing and tilt-and-turn windows. The kitchen is shared, but the living room itself is private after 21:00. The bathroom has a toilet. You can use the shed for your bike (the bike or skateboard or any transport may not be inside the house). Smoking in the room or house is forbidden, but you can stand in the shed or sit outside when the weather is nice (the roof extension is NOT accessible for recreation). There are several supermarkets nearby, such as Aldi, AH and Jumbo, all within walking distance. Parking in this street is often difficult, but there is a bus stop nearby. The house is in a cozy neighborhood not far from the center. There are multiple student housing nearby and the center is only 7 minutes by bike or 20/25 minutes on foot. Saxion is 5 minutes by bike and the University of Twente about 10 to 15 minutes by bike. You may use the washing machine and/or dryer. I have a cat.
