Room zu vermieten

From December 1, two large rooms become available in the shared apartment I rent. One is a living room and the other is a bedroom. Total around 30 m2. For a minimum period of 6 months the rooms are rented. The rooms are intended for 1 person. Preferably a woman. The new housemate should like animals, as I have a dog and a cat. It is not intended that the new housemate has or brings animals into the house. Also looking for someone tidy, willing to help with cleaning shared spaces once a week and to help with general provisions like dish soap. I am 33 years old and work about 2-3 days in care. I enjoy cooking, sports and walking, and meeting friends. I like occasional dinners or chats, but privacy is important and I want to have my own space.
