Room zu vermieten

Hi! Soon (1 July 2025), a room will be available on the third floor. We live here with three on the third floor, one housemate will leave. We share a kitchen, bathroom and toilet. We also have a very large garden where we can barbecue in the summer. We are always happy to chat, but everyone has space to do their own thing. The flat is in the center of Eindhoven and everything is reachable on foot! If you are currently a student (or future student) and would like to live here, send us a nice message about yourself and who knows, we will invite you to come and take a look at the room. Each floor has its own toilet and bathroom. There is a kitchen with a fridge and a washing machine and dryer. The room is intended for occupancy by one person. The rent per month is all-inclusive (including electricity, heating, property tax, ADSL subscription, UPC subscription) with use of washing machine.
