Stienstra.nl is the official site of Stienstra Wonen, a private real estate company/landlord active since 1961. It lists only Stienstra’s own rental and sale properties across the Netherlands (mid-market), so you apply directly to the owner rather than via a marketplace. No paid membership is needed; you can respond via the property page or contact form (existing tenants use the MijnStienstra portal). Expect standard screening such as a gross income around 4x the basic rent and document checks.
