Close to the lively Ginnekenweg, within walking distance of the Wilhelmina Park and a very short cycling distance from the city center, the Ginneken and the Mastbos. -About the complex- This small-scale student complex is located in a quiet residential area with a total of 6 rooms spread over 3 floors. Parking in the street is free. -Entrance and shared facilities- You enter through the communal entrance on the ground floor, from which you have access to the floors via a staircase. On the second floor you will find the shared washing machine (with 6 people). -Living space- Upon entering you will immediately find the open kitchen on the left. This is independent and has a 4-burner gas stove, table model refrigerator (without freezer) and extractor hood. There is also plenty of storage space in the kitchen cabinets. In addition, the house has two other great advantages. There is a separate sleeping area, where you have room for a bed. The rental price of €635 includes an advance payment for gas, water, electricity and municipal taxes. You must disconnect the Internet and TV yourself.
