Within walking distance of the old cozy city, Bio Science Park, LUMC and within cycling distance of all universities. Tenants profile The studios may only be occupied by students with a maximum age of 40 No exceptions possible The Studios Studios are furnished and equipped with a kitchenette, private sanitary facilities and a laminate floor. Studios are rented for a maximum of 1 person on a short stay basis with a maximum duration of 12 month. The studios are only rented all inclusive. - including gas, water, electricity - including fixed internet and TV - including service charges The studios on offer now vary in price and size. Specifics: - Readily available - The studios may only be occupied by students with a student card - Maximum age 40 years - Because the complex has a hotel function, rent allowance is not possible - Because the complex has a hotel function, registration for VISA or BSN is not possible - Maximum 1 person per studio - Pets are not allowed - Maximum rental period is 12 months - 2 months deposit on the all inclusive rate - There are only a limited number of studios available Prices per studio: The advertised prices are starting prices and include electricity, water, fixed internet / TV, tax and service costs. Prices vary by size of studio and location Varieent from €884.00 to €1000. After receiving an email that you are interested, we will send you some questions. After receiving your answers, we will check whether you meet the criteria drawn up by the owner and municipality. After this we invite you for a viewing. During viewings, we show which studios are available and can be rented almost immediately. We usually have 2 or 3 different studios available.
