The living space has a total floor area of approximately 42 m2 with slanted walls, the area at 1.5 meters height is approximately 22 m2. The living space consists of a living room with open kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. In the living room, it is easy to divide into a living/study area and a sleeping area. The kitchen is equipped with various built-in appliances, including an oven and a dishwasher. The living space has an energy label C and is located on the first floor of the skippers house. On the ground floor, there is an apartment with which the front door is shared. The living space is rented to a working person, with whom the internet is shared. Lastly, there is a roof terrace that can be used, which is shared with a few other addresses. The communal areas/escape routes are inspected monthly for fire safety and cleaned by Escape Route Safe B.V. Eelderstraat is located in the northern part of the Zeeheldenbuurt, close to the center. A supermarket such as AH or Coop is nearby, a few minutes by bike, and the center can be reached within 5 minutes by bike. The Central station is 700m away, making public transport accessibility good. Parking is possible on the street with a parking permit from the municipality of Groningen. The rent for the living space is: €875, including utilities and Escape Route Safe, excluding internet and municipal levies. The deposit for the living space is equal to one month's rent. Upon acceptance of the living space, you will pay a one-time €245 rental costs to the owner of the apartment.
