The studio is available from August 15, 2025 or September 1, 2025. Suitable for maximum 1 person or couple, no students. Deposit of 1 month required, rent must be paid in advance. Minimum 12 months contract. No pets allowed, no smoking, no alterations to the property without written permission from the owner.
