The IBB consists of several buildings with four to five floors and one high-rise apartment building with a total of eighteen floors. It's a great place to live with a location that is almost perfect. You have a small shopping centre with supermarket, drugstore, and snackbar right across the street! Furthermore, you can walk to the lively Ledig Erf in a few minutes for shopping or drinks, cycle to the city centre in ten minutes, and reach Utrecht Science Park in just fifteen minutes by bike! Please note: to live in a room in this student complex, you must prove that you are currently studying or will start a study soon. Without an approved document, you will unfortunately not receive a rental contract!
