We are renting our bright and fully furnished studio in the Mariahoeve area, perfect for a single working person. The apartment features a separate bright kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and fully equipped (kitchenware, dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, etc.). Upon entering the apartment through the hallway, the kitchen is on your left and the bathroom on your right. Across from the hallway is the living room. The main space consists of the living/sleeping area with a wall window, making the room very bright. The living room is separated with a carpet and has a two-seat sofa with a coffee table with smart storage, a spacious floor-to-ceiling TV cabinet, a 50-inch 4K-HD smart TV, and a dining area with a cabinet. The bedroom is delineated with another carpet and has a queen-size Murphy bed, providing extra space when needed. It also features a wardrobe with mirrored doors and internal lighting, and a bench with a shoe rack. A small washing machine is available, and for larger laundry loads, it’s best to go to the laundromat. Located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood of Mariahoeve, close to nice parks, including Huis ten Bosch, a must-see green park with beautiful forests, beautiful walking paths, lakes, and the Royal House, among other sights. The shopping center with supermarkets and other shops is just a 5-minute walk away. In just over 20 minutes by bike, you can enjoy the beautiful beach of The Hague, and in 15 minutes by public transport or 10 minutes biking, you are in the city center. The apartment has a bike storage and a lift. There is also free parking on the street. Mariahoeve is a green, spacious neighborhood from the 1960s with a park-like character and various architecture at the edge of The Hague. The neighborhood is divided into six smaller units, each with a green core as the heart of the neighborhood. You will find a mix of single-family homes, low apartment buildings of four floors, and high residential towers of twelve floors. It's a quiet area with plenty of green and a relaxed atmosphere. We ask for €1200 + €30 (one-time monthly cleaning fee) per month, including utilities and 1-month deposit. We are looking for someone who treats the apartment and neighbors neatly and respectfully. Someone who can maintain and care for the property. Minimum net income of 2.5 times the rent. Suitable for one person.
