Location This beautiful houseboat is located in the popular Oosterpoort neighborhood, one of the most desirable areas of Groningen. Restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets are all within walking distance, providing ultimate living comfort. Main roads, such as the ring road, are also quickly and easily accessible, allowing you to reach the city or other regions swiftly. Layout: Upon entering, you step directly into the spacious living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a gas cooker, extractor hood, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a toilet, a closed shower, and a sink with a cabinet. Additionally, there is a separate bedroom, perfect for a couple or simply if you like a bit more space. Finally, the houseboat has its own roof terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view and the beautiful weather on sunny days. Rental price The rent for the houseboat is €1,450 per month, including an advance payment for gas, water, electricity, and internet. Due to the large number of applications, we unfortunately cannot respond to everyone personally. We usually invite about five candidates for a viewing.
