The building now houses 616 modern lofts and apartments. This carefully designed city loft has a high ceiling and large windows, allowing plenty of natural light to enter. Above the bathroom, an entresol is created, a second story (1.60 m high) with a bedroom area. The residence has a private bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The spacious loft is furnished (excl. basic utensils and linen) with an industrial touch. As a resident at Victoriapark Lighting, you will have access to our modern launderette equipped with professional washing machines and dryers. At Victoriapark Lighting, you can safely store your bike in our bike shed and for an additional fee, you can easily reserve a parking space for your car.
