Room ενοικιάζω

Hello room seeker! We are a small student house where currently 3 men (24, 24 & 23) live. We all study at the UT (WB, Civil Engineering, and TN). Our WB'er hopes to leave the house within half a year. Everyone is active in the student life of Enschede, for example, with sports and study associations. To complete our house, we are looking for a friendly younger fourth housemate who brings us back to the beginning of our studying. We eat together every day and take turns cooking, providing enough space to showcase your culinary skills. Usually, there is someone home on weekends as well. In addition to communal meals, we sometimes stay for a game of darts in the kitchen or move to the 'living room' for a nice movie or series. We also have a very spacious roof terrace with artificial grass and a BBQ, as seen in the photos. During the summer, we can enjoy the sun and a beer here. We make time for a house evening every few weeks with fun activities and, of course, some necessary beers. There is enough space in this house for yourself, so study points can also be achieved. The luxury bathroom (with underfloor heating) and toilet are shared with the whole house. There is also a washing machine present. The available room is about 13 m2 and is located on the first floor. The rectangular room is easy to arrange. There is also an option to take over furniture (furniture in the photo does NOT match). You pay €350 for the room rental, including gas, water, light, television, and fast internet. Biking to the UT takes less than 15 minutes, and to Saxion, it is about a 10-minute ride. Most importantly, the old market can be reached in just 5 minutes, which is especially ideal during late hours.
