From 1 September or later available. We are looking for a independent housemate for our spacious 95m² home in Amsterdam Zuidoost. You will live with a couple, so it is important that you lead your own life and are not dependent on a lot of joint contact in the house. We themselves are often at work, exercising and doing our own things. Occasionally having a meal together seems nice. The house is located in a nice area, close to shops, a gym and public transport. Room: 17m², furnished (possible with bed and chest of drawers), can be arranged to your own taste. Shared spaces: kitchen, bathroom, living room (fully furnished). Costs: €1080,- p/m incl. + 1 month deposit. Period: maximum 4 months. Extra option: Weekdays only rental (Sunday evening to Friday morning) can be €850,- p/m incl. Language: NL's Are you independent, neat and have your own social life outside the door? Then this might be the place for you!
