The apartment is available for a period of maximum 6-8 months, and only can be rented out to ONLY students Model B contract. You need to be new in Amsterdam too. You get in the apartment by access to the living room and the seperate bedroom. Upon entry into the living room, the neat finish and touch directly on. The space is finished with beautiful laminate flooring, tight walls and a tight ceiling. The kitchen is located at the rear of the apartment and is luxury finished with nice front and worksheet. For the necessary cooking comfort is equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher and a seperate fridge. There is also a washing machine in one of the kitchen cabinets. Adjacent to the living room you will find the bathroom. This is equipped with a washbasin, toilet and shower. The apartment has one bedroom with fixed storage lockers at the front of the apartment. Convenient for the roads (S108 and S109) and well connected by public transport. The different tram stops are within walking distance of the apartment with several tram lines direction Central Station (e. g.4, 16, 24, 25) and tram lines 3 to Muiderpoort station and 12 to the Amstel station.
