You have to arrange a Ziggo subscription yourself. Residents of Bassin can make use of the communal launderette, bike shed, and courtyard. Moreover, we offer private parking spaces for rent.

Location: Bassin is uniquely situated in the centre of Maastricht, on the edge of the Bassin, a small inland port. This area offers bars, restaurants, a cinema, a concert-hall and much more. The studios are perfectly located and easily accessible by car, bike and public transport. Requirements: This studio is offered with a campus contract. To be eligible to book this residence, you must be a student and provide us with a proof of enrolment at a Dutch educational institution for the current year. You can upload this document after booking. You can live in the studio as long as you are a student. Every year in September, upload your proof of enrolment to verify status. If you are no longer a student, you have to move within 6 months. You can stay until the end of March at the latest. To rent this residence, you have to register in the Basisregistratie Personen (Personal Records Database).

Price details: Monthly rent €661.00, Service costs €26.00, Supplies €125.00, Total monthly rent €812.00. Deposit €900.00. This residence is eligible for housing allowance up to €413.00 per month.
