Luxuriously and tastefully furnished, very spacious 3-room apartment (130 m²) with breathtaking views! You can freely use the reception and the gym. The Resident Service Desk is also available three days a week and is happy to think along to make your living as pleasant as possible.

Through the communal entrance you reach your floor by the elevator. From the hall with cloakroom you have access to all rooms. The generously designed living room has a lot of light due to the large windows and offers a fantastic view. The modern semi-open kitchen is equipped with luxurious built-in appliances and every convenience. The bedrooms have a wonderful hotel-quality bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is finished to a high standard and features a bath, walk-in shower with rainfall shower and a double washbasin. The toilet is separate.

Surroundings

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with nearby parks and woods such as Amsterdamse Bos and Amstelland nature reserve. There are many good shopping facilities nearby, in the immediate vicinity the Rooswijck shopping center and a little further the modern and luxurious Gelderlandplein shopping center. The apartment is also conveniently located regarding public transport (tram 5 and several bus connections) and near various highways (Ring A10, exit S108 and S109 and A9). WTC/Zuid and RAI stations are within short distance.

Additional costs

Besides the rent there are three additional charges: advance payment for service charges, advance payment for gas/electricity, and a contribution for Wi-Fi and TV throughout the apartment.
