KBS Vastgoedbeheer is a Nijmegen-based property management company (since 1993) offering rooms, studios and apartments in Gelderland (e.g., Nijmegen, Arnhem, Wageningen, Malden). All listings are managed and posted by the company (not private landlords). To respond/apply you need to register for an account and often provide your inschrijfnummer to join a viewing. They promote an optional Premium account (advertised as no-cure-no-pay, €49) to increase your chances/priority for viewings, but creating a standard account and responding to listings is free.
