Utrecht - Studio - 16m²

I’m looking for someone to take over the contract for my self-contained studio in Plaza Residence located in Utrecht Science park from June until August. To take over my contract you must be an international UU student. If you aren't, you are unfortunetly not eligible. By car you are within 12 minutes at Utrecht Central Station. The studio is fully upholstered and furnished with a bed, desk, bathroom and kitchen. In the building there are several common areas including a lounge area, study areas and also an outdoor area with picnic tables. There is also a laundromat, where you can use the washing and drying machines for a fee using the Pay2Wash app. The chair and armchair you can see in the pictures will be brown not black. I am not aware of any additional costs or a rent increase but these details will need to be clarified with Plaza.
