Dear room seeker! This cozy three-person house is looking for a new male housemate. It is a house with three separate rooms and a shared kitchen, bathroom, living room, and balcony. The room is approximately 12m2. The rent is 487 euros. The property is located in the Valkenboskwartier neighborhood and is a 10-15 minute bike ride to the city, the beach, and Den Haag HS. It is also well accessible by public transport. There are direct trams to Den Haag Central and Den Haag HS. Furthermore, there is a supermarket within walking distance of the house. You will share the property with two men, one who is studying and one who is working. We try to eat together as much as possible during the weekdays and like to have a drink in the evening. We also enjoy going out together and attending festivals. Sports and watching sports are also things we enjoy. We are looking for someone who likes to participate in this.
