Hey girls, we are looking for a 3rd female roommate! - Move in date: 1st July 2025 - Rent is 1.280 all incl per month - fully furnished brand new apartment and room, registration, all taxes, electricity & gas (heating) water, high speed glasvezel Internet. - Deposit 2.000€ - Contract - preferably 1 year- till 1st July 2026. Let us know :) - Fully furnished room and apartment, new, bright apartment with energy label 80m2 - Room 18m2 and fully furnished (big and comfy bed, huge built in wardrobe, extra wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and a chair). The apartment is also fully furnished (kitchen as well) - New modern apartment building, apartment on 2nd floor. Elevator and garage also there for you to keep your bike and suitcase(s) etc. there. - Amsterdam Osdorp / New West area, 10 minutes from Lelylaan - 2 min walk to the tram stop. 2 min walk to AH supermarket. 10min to big shopping area with all the stores you need: Dirk, Jumbo, Douglas, Blokker, TK Maxx etc. - What we look for: someone who is chill and relaxed, used to living with others, like to keep things in the common areas clean and tidy, will keep the cleaning schedule and you will clean the apartment once every 2-3 weeks, does not throw parties at home (important), and can have nice conversations about everything and nothing. - About us: - We are 2 girls - one a student and the other one on an internship aged 22 and 25. - Preferred age of the new female flatmate is 19-30 :) The building has many families so it’s not the place for a party house.
