Hilversum - Room - 28m²

Room in a monumental rectory in Hilversum Starting June 10, a room will become available in our rectory, located on the ground floor and has its own small garden. The size of the room is approximately 28m2, the price is €706.08 including utilities, in addition, there are costs for the rental of our washing machines, internet, and cleaning supplies (about 10 euros per month). About us: We live with 10 housemates in our beautiful rectory on Minckelersstraat in Hilversum, within walking distance of the station, the center, and the heath. The rooms are spread over three floors where each has a toilet and bathroom that you share with 2 or 3 others. We also have a large nice garden, and a basement where we organize a party together 1 or 2 times a year. Most of us are working or PhD students, all with different backgrounds and ages, making our house diverse and a place where you can truly be yourself. We often eat and cook together, something we do almost daily in our large kitchen. Additionally, we enjoy BBQing in our garden in the summer and gathering for Christmas or other holidays. Besides all the fun things, we also value keeping the property tidy, which we do collaboratively according to a cleaning schedule. Who are you? We are looking for someone aged 24+ (the ages in the house range from 25-50 ;), who is genuinely looking for a place to live together with others. We are not a student house. People who have experience living with others is a plus. Unfortunately, we do not accept those who do not speak Dutch. We are also very curious about you and would like you to share more about yourself in your message, and why you want to move to Hilversum.
