Are you looking for a cozy and comfortable home in Rotterdam? We are looking for a new male roommate for our house in Prinsenland starting from September 16, 2025, earlier in consultation. This is a spacious room (20 m2). The rent is €500 per month, including all utilities (with a deposit of 1 month's rent). Also, a one-time €250 advance payment for the furniture is required (think of refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, etc.). Registration is possible! Our house offers modern amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Close to Erasmus University, so you'll never be late for class. Various gyms nearby, including BasicFit. Supermarkets within walking distance, like Albert Heijn, Plus, Spar, and Lidl. Excellent public transport within walking distance. Kralingse Zoom is a 10-minute walk away. You will be living with two male students studying in Delft: Maosheng and Sven. We are 22 and 21 years old, looking for someone around our age.
