Room à louer

We are looking for neat working tenants for a room in a shared house. We do not set an age limit but value the attitude of the tenants. We only select tidy, organized tenants who take care of the furniture and consider the housemates. Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets at the moment. Our preference is for a tenant who can stay for a minimum of 1 year. The room is within walking distance of public transport. Shops are within walking distance. The following facilities are available: Garden, Washing machine, Dryer, Dishwasher, Bicycle storage.
