A spacious attic room is available from 1 October 2025. The attic room is about 32 m2 in size (+- 25m2 higher than 1.5m) and is located on the second floor of the house. The room has a dormer window with large windows and its own washbasin. There is good wifi available, and the room also has 2 LAN ports to connect to the internet via cable and a TV connection. The house is ideally located (about 8 minutes by bike to the university, 3 minutes to shops (AH / Aldi) & fitness centers (Basic Fit / Club Pelikaan), and 15 minutes to the city center. The house has a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet that must be shared with 4 other housemates. A washing machine and dryer are also available for use. The room is empty; rent is €575 per month (including gas, water, electricity & internet), + 1 month deposit required. Smoking in the house is not allowed.
