Available from September 2025. A room on the top floor of a private waterfront townhouse in the west part of Rotterdam 7 km from the center or WdKA. The room is 21m2 with private ensuite bathroom and roof terrace. Registration possible. You can use a bicycle, wifi and membership to the gym. To be clear, this is a room in a private residence, shared with the owners. For us the most important thing is to find a nice housemate who matches our lifestyle.
