Hi there, I am looking for a housemate from 8th of September. The apartment is sunny with a balcony on south-west near station Den Hague HS. The room is around 12M2 fully furnished. The rest of the apartment will be shared with 1 person including: living room, sunny balcony, bathroom, 2 toilets and kitchen. The rent is 1150 all inclusive per month, and 2 months deposit. I am a Masters Student at the University of Leiden, and look for someone who is also neat and clean.
