The furnished room is located in a student house with a total of 5 rooms. The tenants share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet and garden together. The room is furnished with a single bed with mattress, a desk with desk chair and a wardrobe. For this room we are looking for a student. - Available from October 1st, 2025; - The rent is €475,- including advance payment of GWE, service costs and municipal taxes; - The deposit is two months rent; - The minimum rental period is 12 months and maximum 24 months.
