The room for rent is a small private room in a shared house. The advert mentions: 'In September comes a room free at Huize Gerries. We are a house of 4 girls + maybe you (preference for a girl). We live in a very cozy house with a great landlord. We have a GR with open kitchen and a spacious bathroom. We sometimes cook together, have a drink with friends or play a game, but also respect personal space. The room available is about 9 m² and costs around €450 per month (including utilities). Everything is accessible by bike or walking (city center 10 minutes, AH 5 minutes). TU about 10 minutes by bike and X about 10 minutes. If interested, send a message about yourself with photos.
