The location is ideal, the room has a handy built-in wardrobe, the house has a very large shared balcony of 11m2, accessible from the kitchen. We are looking for someone who does not smoke and does not party a lot to keep the peace in the house. We live as the owner in the ground-floor apartment. The ground-floor and upper-floor have their own front doors. Washing machine, kitchen appliances of the house and wifi can be used. The 28 per month service costs are paid to the residents who take on these tasks.
