Room à louer

Hi girls, We are looking for a new female housemate immediately. The room is 9m2 and is furnished (1p bed, wardrobe, nightstand, desk, desk chair). We share the spacious living room (25m2), the bathroom (with washing machine) and the kitchen (with dishwasher). The apartment is located in Lage Land, a quiet district in Rotterdam-East, near a bus station, supermarkets, Kralingse Bos and Basic-Fit. Free parking in front of our door. We are two women (26 & 25). I work full-time as a consultant and am the landlady. The other housemate is from Germany and works as a landscape architect. We enjoy chatting in the living room or going for a walk, but we both have busy jobs so we also appreciate quiet. We are looking for a female housemate who already works, so not a student. Our preference is for someone who wants to rent the room for at least one year. In addition, keeping a clean house is very important (no shoes inside, weekly cleaning). The price of the room is 675 euro including gwe per month (excluding annual municipal/water board taxes). Are you a woman and recently employed?
