Hello! A new 'student house' is arising in Hengelo on Langestraat, above Foto Bertelink, available from September. We are looking for only girls. In this house there are 4 rooms, currently 2 available (all about +/- 15 m2) and it features (shared) a new bathroom with shower, washbasin and washing machine, 1 toilet, bigger storage wardrobes on the landing, wifi, and a brand-new kitchen (with induction hob and oven) and large fridge/freezer. The kitchen also has new dishes, cutlery, glassware, and pans. There is no shared living room. Each room is €500 per month (including utilities: g/w/l) with a deposit of €200. This is advertisement 1 of 2, so see the other room. The house has quiet housemates living independently and no shared living room, but chat in the kitchen is nice to stay up-to-date. The location is convenient: 5-10 minutes from the station, quick to Enschede, several supermarkets nearby, 5 minutes to the city center, nightlife in the same street, Saxion and University of Twente about half an hour by bike. Bikes cannot be brought inside but can be left outside near 1 of 2 shops. The house lies next to Club Merlijn, so Saturday nights can be noisy. Weekends have other places as well.
