I am looking for someone to take over my student contract at The Social Hub Amsterdam West. You have a private room with bathroom/toilet and a kitchen shared between 9 other roommates. The following is included: Monthly cleaning and linen/towel changes; Kitchen cleanings; A free bike through Swapfiets; Free laundry (7 times per month) including soap and drying; Study areas and fitness room with weights; Social events and discounts on drinks. The kitchen includes your own shelf in the fridge, freezer and cupboard. It will be from Nov. 1 to Aug 14th 2026. The rent is 1106€ on average (the monthly fee varies) but totals 10501€ for the entire period of the stay. You MUST be a student in order to take this contract over.
