Orders of the landlord) - Javastraat Amsterdam Oost - 1 October Dear room seeking men, From the 1st of October a room will become available in our mixed house at the cozy Javastraat in Amsterdam East. The room is 14m2 and overlooks the courtyard. You share the floor incl bathroom and toilet with Marco and the living room and kitchen with Sofie and Annick. We themselves are between 25 and 30 years old and working, so we are also looking for someone who fits in with that. Furthermore, we like to have someone who is cozy and involved, so that sometimes we can eat together or have a beer. The rent is €857.- per month, but fortunately that already includes gas, water, light, internet, TV, taxes, etc (basically everything). Also good to know that there is a deposit of €1075.
