The incredibly beautiful and unique building at the Kerkstraat is located in the middle of the Speyart van Woerden courtyard: the place to be in Utrecht. This courtyard was built in 1876 and has since then been declared a national monument. A justified decision if you ask us! Living here will definitely make you feel proud of your accommodation. Oh, and did we mention that the Nachtegaalstraat is a mere stone’s throw away? The perfect spot for some fun and shopping! Please note: to live in a room in this student complex, you must be able to prove that you are currently studying or will start a study soon. Without an approved document you will unfortunately not receive a rental contract!
