Location The apartments and studios are located in the city center of Groningen, making it a perfect place to live. Additionally, there are several gyms, supermarkets, and other amenities in the immediate vicinity. Layout Upon entering the apartment, you enter a neat hallway that provides access to the different rooms. From the hallway, you can reach the living room with an open kitchen, the bathroom, a separate toilet, and the bedroom. The living room is equipped with a modern open kitchen with all imaginable luxury appliances. Thanks to the large windows, plenty of natural light flows in, giving the space a very pleasant and open ambiance. Furthermore, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city center of Groningen from the living room, making living here extra special. When you enter the studio, you step directly into the bright and cozy living room with an open kitchen. This kitchen is also equipped with appliances, making cooking here a pleasurable experience. From the living room, you have access to the modern bathroom. Both the studios and apartments are fully furnished. This means they are ready for immediate use, with only your personal belongings needed to move in comfortably right away. Rental Price The rent for apartment (Wipstraat 1) is: € 1400,- per month including 9% VAT and utilities The rent for apartment (Wipstraat 1D) is: € 1200,- per month including 9% VAT and utilities The rent for studio (Wipstraat 1A) is: € 1000,- per month including 9% VAT and utilities The rent for studio (Wipstraat 1E) is: € 1400,- per month including 9% VAT and utilities Due to the large number of applications, we unfortunately cannot respond personally to everyone.
