They offer temporary living (antikraak/guardian and Leegstandwet rentals) and affordable temporary workspaces across the Netherlands. All listings are managed by Ad Hoc (not a public marketplace). To respond you need to register and complete an intake; a ‘voordrager’ (referral) may be requested for some placements. Browsing is free and there’s no paid membership; costs apply only once placed (e.g., deposit and monthly user fee or rent).
