The Gamma studio's are 32m2 and facing the front side of the building or the inner courtyard. It has a separate bathroom and spacious hallway. The apartment has a kitchen with bar island, a ceramic cooking hub, fridge freezer combination and combi microwave. Within the bar island is space for a dishwasher or washing machine. The apartment is unfurnished but fitted with high quality PVC flooring, lighting and curtains. Included in the service costs are; heating, cable tv and cable internet. Water and electricity you will need to contract yourself. Besides the cleaning of the building and maintenance you will become part of The Cohesion within The Lofts.
