This light apartment is situated on the first floor of the building in the super central neighborhood called 'Cool'. Through a common entrance, you will find your own front door. The studio has a living room with an open kitchen and a private bathroom with a toilet. The apartment is furnished as you can see on the pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in dishwasher, four burner gas hob and enough closet space. In the backyard, you will find the common backyard with (green) features. There also is a bicycle storage with a private spot for a bike. We charge 2 months rent for the deposit. The stated price excludes the price for gas, water, and electricity (€175,-).
