The bustling city centre, the summery city beach and Pathé cinema can be reached on foot or by bike within a few minutes. Also, the station is about 5 minutes by bike. The studio in question has its own kitchen and a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is a communal laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, which are shared with the co-tenants. The cost for using these is €3.80 per time.
