The kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and the large roof terrace are shared with 4 other female housemates. The room is located opposite the UMCG. From this location, all facilities can be reached by foot or bicycle. The city center of Groningen is a 5-minute bike ride away and Zernike is a quarter of an hour. It concerns a room with its own sink and built-in closet. The kitchen and bathroom are on the first floor of the building. On the second floor, there is also a shared laundry room. This area also has the entrance to the roof terrace. The rent for this room is: € 565.74, including an advance of € 60 for utilities + internet.
